For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The checklist format makes it so easy to actually use while shopping
Concise and actionable — exactly what I needed before my first Valentino purchase
The section on silhouette balance completely changed how I evaluate luxury pieces 🔥
Printed this out and tucked it in my bag for consignment shopping days
I've been collecting Valentino for three years without any real framework. This checklist gave me language for what I was already noticing — the interplay between flowing gowns and structured tailoring, the way Rockstud hardware anchors softer fabrics. Last month I used the quality evaluation section at a vintage shop and caught a fake within seconds because the stitching was off. Saved me $800.
Wish it went deeper into how to spot counterfeits specifically
👠❤️✨
Clean, smart, no wasted words
The heritage section grounds everything — knowing the 1960 Rome origin gives context to every design choice
Really practical guide but the AI trend section felt underdeveloped compared to the craftsmanship parts
I run a fashion blog and this restructured how I talk about luxury brands entirely
The hand-finished techniques point — yes. That's the difference people miss 👌
Useful overview but pretty surface-level for anyone already in the industry
Took me ten minutes to read and I've referenced it five times since
⭐👗🔥👍
Before this I couldn't tell you why a Valentino bag felt different from other Italian leather goods. The material quality checklist — silk, satin, lace, fine leather — gave me a mental framework I now use at every boutique. I went back to Nordstrom last week and actually touched fabrics differently, checking embroidery placement and finishing like the guide suggests. My sales associate noticed and started showing me pieces she usually reserves for serious collectors. That shift in how I engage with luxury happened because of four pages.
Love that it separates trends from reputation — most guides blur those together
Solid companion piece to the longer Valentino PDF
The market position section nailed the exclusivity vs accessibility tension
Helpful but I wanted specific collection examples alongside the checklist items
Shared this with my fashion merchandising study group and we all agreed — the craftsmanship evaluation criteria alone are worth it
Quick read with lasting impact
The celebrity influence checklist helped me understand why certain red carpet moments go viral 😍
Not bad but felt more like a summary than a standalone resource
Finally a luxury guide that respects my time
I teach a fashion history elective and the heritage-to-modern-perception throughline here is exactly the lens I want my students using. Assigned it as supplemental reading last semester and class discussions got noticeably sharper. Students started connecting founding-era design philosophy to current collections on their own without prompting. One student used the quality evaluation criteria for her final project comparing Italian houses and got the highest mark in the cohort.
Straightforward and well-organized — no fluff anywhere
The distinction between temporary trends and long-term heritage hit different after I impulse-bought a trendy piece last year that already feels dated
Pairs perfectly with actually visiting a Valentino boutique — I checked off items in real time 💡
Everything I needed on one page
