My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The pricing psychology breakdown made me rethink how I position my own products. I run a small candle brand and was constantly running sales — after reading the scarcity section I stopped discounting entirely, raised my prices 20%, and my perceived quality went up overnight. Customers started treating my products like treats instead of commodities. The case study on what happens when luxury brands over-distribute was the part that really drove it home for me.
Sharp, analytical, and never boring. This reads like a strategy briefing, not a fluff piece.
The craftsmanship-as-storytelling angle completely reframed how I think about marketing 🔥
Best breakdown of heritage branding I've come across in a free PDF.
Solid overview of luxury positioning mechanics. My one critique is that the AI section felt tacked on — the rest of the guide is so well-structured that the AI portion reads a bit rushed by comparison.
I teach brand strategy at a community college and I'm adding this to my reading list. The Bag A vs Bag B visibility example is the kind of clean illustration that sticks with students who've never thought about why logos carry economic weight.
⭐❤️🔥
The retail theater section was fascinating — I'd never considered that store atmosphere is literally part of the product you're paying for.
Good content but skews toward people already familiar with branding concepts. If you're completely new to marketing this might feel dense in places.
Concise and insightful. The three pillars at the end — narrative depth, selective accessibility, consistent symbolism — gave me an immediate action plan for my freelance design portfolio. I stripped out half my projects, rewrote my bio around a clearer origin story, and within a month started attracting higher-budget clients who actually valued the work instead of haggling on price.
The point about heritage reducing perceived risk is something every entrepreneur should internalize.
Would've liked deeper competitor comparisons — how does LV's approach differ from Hermès or Chanel specifically? The guide stays surface-level on that front. Still worth the read though.
Read it twice. Even better the second time when you start connecting the chapters together.
The distinction between desirability and demand is the kind of insight that separates people who understand luxury from people who just consume it.
Genuinely useful for anyone building a brand, not just fashion people 👏
I've spent thousands on marketing courses that didn't explain positioning half as clearly as this PDF does in a few pages. The idea that narrative outweighs functionality in luxury was a lightbulb moment — I immediately audited my own product descriptions and realized I was leading with specs when I should have been leading with story. Rewrote everything over a weekend and my conversion rate on premium items jumped noticeably within two weeks.
Clean writing and smart structure. Passed it along to my business partner.
The controlled distribution logic applies way beyond fashion — I used the same thinking to pull my consulting services off two marketplace platforms and only offer through my own site. Felt risky but inquiries actually went up.
Quick read with lasting takeaways. The kind of PDF you save and revisit.
